The grossing rulers come in two varieties:

1. Blue 15 cm
2. Jumbo 20 cm

The Blue ruler and Jumbo ruler are available in four orientations:

1. Right handed
2. Left handed
3. Right and Left handed
4. Underhanded

People typically use the orientation  that matches the hand they hold the ruler with. People being pieces of biology means that's not always the case, e.g., some left handed people prefer the right handed orientation, some people like to use both hands. If you are unsure which orientation you prefer, or if you know you prefer one ruler with two orientation options, the Right and Left handed orientation available in Blue 15 cm and Jumbo 20 cm is a great place to start.
